By accessing or using Platox, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Description of Service
Platox is a decision intelligence platform that connects to your commerce data sources, detects signals, and generates insights and recommended actions. The service is provided "as is" and we continuously improve its capabilities.
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Data and Integrations
By connecting data sources to Platox, you grant us permission to access and process the data necessary to provide the service. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Platox to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
Billing and Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Limitation of Liability
Platox provides insights and recommendations based on your data. We do not guarantee the accuracy of insights or the outcomes of actions taken based on our recommendations. You are responsible for business decisions made using the platform.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will end and your data will be deleted within 30 days.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the application.
